850 store retailer Stage Stores is using mobile to help hurricane Harvey victims in a big way. The brand is offering a one-time, 50% off coupon to help consumers replace clothing that may have been lost or destroyed in the storm.
Stage made good use of its mobile program, leveraging location-specific segmentation and opt in keywords to get the message out to the right audience at the right time.
Current mobile subscribers in the brand’s Texas markets received the offer while all stores promoted the effort with signs displaying text opt-in keywords to drive awareness and opt ins for the program.
